UPDATE: Due to overwhelming demand, our Poop Smart Clark Inspection, Pumping, and Minor Repair reimbursement program has been paused. Poop Smart Clark is entirely grant-funded, and we hope to secure more funds for reimbursements soon. Major repair funds, however, are still available. Check back in 2026 for a funding update or sign up for our list to be notified when the program is back up and running.
